Lottery open for housing at Dracut Centre School

CBA's housing development in Dracut, MA is currently accepting applications for its 9 units.

The lottery is coordinated by Maloney Properties, Inc. and ends on April 29th. The application can be found here, or at the website below.

Interested parties should know:

  • 70% of units are held for veterans

  • Studios, one bedrooms, and two-bedroom available

  • All units are for those who earn at or under the income limit (80% AMI, or annual median income)

  • An informational Zoom meeting will be held on March 21st at 5:30 p.m.
